For Windows, you can use Expression Tone Generator. Use wave(1, X, 0) where X is your frequency. Say you want 60Hz like in the video, it's wave(1, 60, 0)

Here's a theory for you; Extremely low sonic frequencies may be used to "massage" tissue to aid in tissue functions like repair and growth. Imagine the gelatinous area in say a leg wound. Very low frequency sounds may help jiggle the mass lowering its effective viscosity, helping white blood cells and such move through the muck.

no, a rue is flour and oil or flour and butter and the mixture is cooked before being added to a soup or sauce. A slurry is just water and cornstarch mixed.. they are both used as thickening agents though.
