@1:58 Does anyone have the list of all 72 gender chromosome combinations? She only mentioned male and female.

This has helpful information, although it has some inconsistency by stating that at fertilization the sperm and egg fuse to make another human. It needs some clarification that while the chromosomes are being processed, this isn't all that's needed to make a human.

You have a mistake - you said the chromosomes exist during and right before replication - as in DNA replication - but this is not correct - chromosomes exist during cellular division, aka mitosis. During the Synthesis (S) phase, which is part of Interphase (not mitosis) the DNA replicates, and is lose - not in tightly coiled chromosomes. This is because it would be difficult for the DNA to be replicated, or read and copied, if it were coiled around the histone proteins. it only condenses during mitosis so that the chromosomes can be divied up when the cell splits. but this has nothing to do with replication.

Would love if you added a little ambiguity to the xx/xy thing. people who have CAIS for example are female phenotype with male chromosomes (xy).
