Ever since the second gag order was put in place, I have been ignoring any media coverage with “new information” from “sources.” I definitely think that they should keep everything sealed until trial so that Maddie, Kaylee, Xana, and Ethan can receive the justice that they deserve and so that BK can get a fair trial.

I lean towards supporting the tightened gag order because this case has really blown up in sensationalism. I’ve been a true crime follower for a long time and the toxicity around this case and wanting shocking stories, victim blaming, fake stories, defamation cases, etc is next level. If the gag order puts the emphasis back on the 4 lives taken that should get justice in a fair trial, then I’m for it.

I'm nowhere near tired of this case and I thank you so much for the in-depth coverage. There must be some stuff that will shock people and possibly taint the jury pool, so I'm O.K. with the judge keeping some things under wraps. It's going to be an epic trial and I'm expecting BK and his attorney to try every angle of defense imaginable. It's going to be high drama!

📣 I can *easily* name and highly recommend to at least one “true crime / victims advocate” that they PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD hear this video. Also read the documents over and over and over, doing whatever is necessary until it’s FINALLY drilled into a thick head. These people want all this released to the public and think it’s unconstitutional that there's a gag order. Much harm could be done if this person and others got their way.

Keeping this case protected *at all costs* is the goal. Thanks again Peter for explaining everything so well. Take care.
