How to do a Half Get-Up with Kettlebell

In this video, we demonstrate how correctly do a Half Get-Up. For this exercise, you will need one kettlebell.

Maintain shoulder stability and straighten arm of the side holding the kettlebell. Drive with the kettlebell-side leg and the opposite elbow to lift the trunk to an upright position. Lower the trunk to the starting position slowly, while maintaining alignment of the spine.
