I think there's too much code that is scrolled down. People might get confused. We never get to clearly see what you are talking about. Indeed you talk about PHPDoc type hinting not PHP 8 type hinting.
So why don't you make a short about these annotations @param, @return(, @throws) and another one about the possibility to specify the types of parameters and return value in function declaration in PHP 7 & 8 ?
