I just had two cases of “3M overlap syndrome” - myocarditis, myositis, and myasthenia gravis in my emergency department last month. Both melanoma patients that received immunotherapy 6wks before presentation. For both of them, diplopia/bilateral upper lid ptosis was the first presenting symptom.

Another approach is the radical remission approach of lifestyle change in lifestyle complete revamping which really activates T cell response. But that is not a multi billion dollar industry so it’s not attractive to most physicians, scientist, institutions, or the NIH.
That’s some more personalized medicine
