If you use the height and width options on the OFFSET formula, you may spill the results. That way you only need three formulas, one for the employee name (B17), using a height of 10, but empty width, one for the months (C16), using a width of 6 and height empty, and one for the values (C17) using a width of 6 and a height of 10.
