Bruh. She couldn't act. That's the real reason she got fired. They were looking for any way to cancel what would more than likely been a terrible show and used "disparaging" comments excuse.

Nice lady and all, but she was a DEI hire, and a DEI fire. And no one was supporting her or against her until politics got involved. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Everyone wants Hollywood to shut up about politics, unless they're THEIR politics. The hypocrisy is so dumb.

People have swore up and down that Hollywood is dying since at least the 60s, there’s nothing new about that claim. Meanwhile, it still just keeps chugging along churning out large quantities of subpar product that’s sole purpose is producing piles of money by pandering to the average simple minded entertainment consumer. Those money printing movies still come out alongside a handful of high-quality films made mostly for the awards market. That business model has made numerous people massively rich and famous for most of the last century, and it’ll continue making many more people rich for the next century.
