I feel like this is the most realistic music video I’ve ever watched. Idk it just made me feel real emotional. This generation just flicks from one app to another trying to find someone to talk to or something to do and we all know that that ain’t that fun but we all scared of turning off from it all just in case we miss something important. The pressure of it all is just so overwhelming and scary especially if your famous. I love how at the end he ended up facetiming his parents after ignoring them throughout the video because he realised they are the ones who at the end of the day will always be there for him even when the spotlight won't be on him. This is such a good and relatable song, Lauv. Our generation tends to hide our insecurities by jumping from one app to another and feed our loneliness by looking for validation on social media by trying to post relatable and trendy content. Anyways, congratulations on this song and the album. Absolutely loved it!

i think I understand the loneliness he's talking about. this is the 'happy' sadness. you're happy but you're not sure if you're happy on purpose and if the dark part of your heart will ever go away. you're happy but you're always afraid the darkness will return one day, plunging you into something you won't be able to return from.

I felt this so much. This is literally me on a daily basis. Ari, whatever you’re going through, allow yourself to feel through it and to process it. Even with all the isolation going on, or without it, It’s okay to feel isolated. But, remember that there’s a whole world of people who love you and are there for you. Remember that your music has helped a lot of people, including myself. I have so much respect for you as an artist, and as a person.
