Speed Up Windows 10 with MSCONFIG

Fun fact: you can go to boot and change in the advance settings of the number of logical processors your PC can use ( recommended: choose the maximum of processors your PC has ) Truly can give a big change.

I have a problem and I was hoping you could fix it. I tried lowering my number of processors in the boot tab, and when I restarted my computer, I wasn't able to bring it back up. Any idea?

It's strange how in Diagnostic startup, it will untick most of the service, including many Microsoft software but in Safe Mode, all the service are ticked but a few are running and yet, I can enter in the account. In diagnostic stratup, it get stuck on Welcome in Wingolon. What could cause the conflict? I didn't installed a software recently. It didn't tell why it would get stuck, which make the trouble shooting difficult.
If Safe Mode is working, then, which service cause the issue?

When i uncheck services in msconfig, do i disable them permanently so when i try boot an the unchecked application it wont even start up?

Excuse me if you tap that advance option and select the highest numbers will your laptop reboot or its just improve the performance

I have changed in system configuration in general section select start up, in boot time to 5 sec, select no gui boot, advance options select processor 1 and memory size. And now it's not starting, showing on your computer and showing preparing automatic repair

PLZ PLZ ANSWER ok so i put on safe boot and clicked in mimal so then my pc when into the boot screen so then i put in my password and it was correct but it said that my password was inccorect please help me i cant get locked out of my computer

How come when I did this and changed my cores I have maximum 16 and I tested what my frames whould be when I put my maximum on 4 and now I can’t bring it back up and now my cpu usage is always at 100% and I can’t game someone pls help
