I clearly understand many of you want to have a mechanism to find the range dynamically inside Excel worksheet or at least knowing the rows. I am afraid Power Automate does not support that. If you are interested, please let me know and I make another video that shows you how to frame the table around data without knowing the number of rows.

Thanks this really help me a lot. I was looking for tons of information to get power automate to read my excel file and didnt know the "Create Table" function was actually meant to create table and not a new worksheet. Thanks a lot!!!!

Great tutorial. I am just starting to use power automate to reduce repetitive task in my work. I tried this but on a flow which splits a workbook with multiple worksheets to single sheet workbook, create table and convert to csv. However i am having issue on "create table" if used to an "apply to each" loop. The error is "Another table already exists with the name '(dynamic name)' or the name is invalid" . The dynamic name is a combination of the worksheet name + the filename of the source file with appended date in which I assume this would make it unique. The apply to each loops 5x and only works on the first run. When it executes the 2nd to 5th run, the name issue occurs. Any help from the community is gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is great on the example of creating header for playground tab. I would like to check if my row start from A1 and i would like to add a header, is it still possible? THanks.

Thank you for this video. Very well done and easy to understand. When I try to recreate the flow, I get an error status: 404 with message: "Item not found". I am sing a dynamic content in the *File field of the "Create table" connector. When I check the error details, the file name is spot on and everything else seems to be correct as well. There is surprisingly little on this kind of error in the powerautomate community forum. Any help would be appreciated

Dear Alireza, thank you for this create table video.
Im from singapore. Is it possible to 'create table' followed by 'apply to each' action created in a single power automate? Reason is i have 2 maintain 2 separate power automate files to achieve the same result. It would be good if i can streamline these 2 flows into one. Thank you.

Nice but ... the aim to to do it NOT knowing how many rows and columns you have. data changes, I need to automatically work that out.

I am trying to recreate a similar scenario. the difference is that the number of records in the tables varies, so I don't have a specific range. the number of columns if known and never changes.

Is there a way to automate table creations for files added to a specific Folder?

I'm trying to create a flow where I get an email attachment from a certain address it automatically moves the file to one drive and convert the excel file to a table so I can manipulate the data in power automate.

Great video, but it seems as if it is more effort to automate the creation of one table vs. just manually doing it. I wish this were more scalable - i.e. update all excel files in a folder to tables.
