HARD RESET ANDROID TABLET

Make sure that your device is completely powered off before you begin the reset procedure.

The buttons vary from device to device; familiarize yourself with the buttons on your tablet. You will find the volume buttons, a return button or both. Please press and hold the Volume + button and the power button for a few seconds (If your tablet has a Return button, press and hold both the power and return button).

If done correctly, you should be taken to the “Android Recovery Screen”. You can navigate the menu with the volume buttons or the touch screen. Scroll down until you see WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET, you can then select the option using the power button.

You will be asked to confirm the factory reset.

Wait for the restore process to compete. After the device resets, it will be set back to factory settings.
