Deadly shooting is caught on camera leading to homicide investigation on Indy's northwest side

A shooting, caught on camera, left one man dead on Indy’s northwest side. The victim was found dead on the sidewalk, but surveillance video from a neighbor shows the shooting actually took place about six hours earlier.

It just saddens me to find out that law enforcement didn't answer the initial call whereby the person might have been saved with medical attention had that been the case, but it seems to me that law enforcement also didn't give a fluck until it was verified that a homicide had been committed and then only then responded to the call, but once again they're too late .
