I started cooking with pure ghee and only ghee for over 10 years eversince I completely cut out seed oils. I do also use butter occasionally, and I use extra virgin oil in my salads or for low heat cooking…but ghee is just so versatile…it’s also commonly used where I’m from in the Middle East, so very easy to get in large cans.

I make my own ghee by cooking butter at a low heat for 30 minutes, skim off foam. Pour through a coffee filter. Then, it is ready to use. So easy.

C15 is in butter at the same amounts as ghee, ghee is butter with the milk protein removed.

Grass fed ghee is the most concentrated source of c15 you can get from any food. It has more c15 than just regular grass fed butter because the butter fat is in concentrated in ghee.

Yes. This is the Heidi Effect, explained in 1881 by Swiss author Johanna Spyri. This is why they call it RE-Search.
