Sometimes despite knowing certain functions you don't make use of it. You need a spark. That's what your videos do. This is a nice way to have a single pivot table and have multiple output.

I am actually using it, but would not have explained it in such a clear and simple way.
I will refer to your video when explaining it to colleagues.
Thanks

I was one of the persons that hit Esc faster than lightning when I saw the nightmare of a formula I got - and if I don´t understand it - I don´t use it.
However, then BCTI came into my life and changed it 😂. Great video and even better explanation. I will throw away the Esc key now.

Thanks for the great video. I hope you do a follow up video showing a dashboard using these techniques, as mentioned in the closing minutes.

Great intro video to "getpivotdata" function ... do you also use "cube" function for dashboards ?

Great as usual, thanks!!! I played a bit with your file. Looks like we can always stay correct with the Total amount, but the reference to column and row values works as long as these values are part of the pivot table. We can safely have more dimension values in the pivot table than we evaluate, but cannot do the reverse. The underlying dataset is not helpful for the formula as the filtered values are not in the pivot table itself.

I have a question. In this example all formulas work fine.
But, what happens if we move the pivottable to somewhere else in the worksheet. Will everything still be working errorless?
