Thanks for this video! If we put our pdf downloads in Google Drive because of space issues in Etsy, can we put the link to Google Drive in Etsy for when the customer purchases our product or do we have to email it to them separately? Thanks! Donna

Hi Nancy, when it comes to PDF files what size should we save them as? On etsy listings, I've seen some who have a specific size PDF in their listing but many of them don't include or say what size. Is there a standard size, does it matter for PDFs?

Great video! As a newbie saving files to upload, I created my sticker designs onto a digital sheet and saved it as a PNG. Should I have saved a PDF instead or offer both?

I made some digital scrapbook paper to open an Etsy store. I saved as a JPEG and it’s 19 pages. It want let me upload all pages. I see other people in the shop have more pages as well. Why want it let me upload them all. I am getting a headache trying to figure out how to do this! Thank you so much!!!
