@SandraDi do you have a video showing how to put both a physical and digital of the same design on etsy/printify, would you just direct your customer in the description with a link to the other product?i have been trying to figure this out for months. i still do my own sublimation in house, but would love to add 1 or 2 POD items and have the same images. Hope this makes sense.

Hi Sandra, thank you again for an awesome and informative video! I wanted to ask you a question since you are the expert on digital products and selling have 2 digital product shops on Etsy; one is clipart, tumbler wraps, svg and png's, etc and the other has planners, journals, coloring sheets, posters, etc. They were both doing very well, in fact, so well that I went ahead and invested in more designing products to be able to make more designs, and then in April sales started falling off and now I am lucky if I make 5 sales in each shop a week. The stats graphs are just like at the top of the mountain and then start sliding down the side until they flatten out and now just stay there. I cannot understand what happened. I continue to do the same things with the shops, market on pinterest and FB, etc. But nothing makes any difference. I also have 2 physical product shops that take a lot of my time also so I hate to pour time into the digital shops if they are just no longer are going to make sales. Any ideas, suggestions,
