I mentioned this before but I love your videos being filmed outdoors. I didn’t know you were in the pacific northwest but that’s my very favorite part of the country, too! I also enjoyed hearing the sounds of the streams in the background. FYI. Now, if you’ll just start showing videos of long haired styles, I’d be thrilled. I am 66 years old and I’ve been growing my hair out for a couple of years, with occasional trimmings, of course. I really like it. I started doing it because I live in the deep south and it’s so freaking hot down here nine months out of the year, I wanted to figure out some more creative ways of wearing my hair up.

Love that you posted this! I am 50 and have been wanting to do something dramatic from my waist length long almost one length hair. I got about 12 inches cut off and I’m just not satisfied. I’ve actually been entertaining a faux hawk and dramatic color like pink or purple mostly tiny and everyone is telling me no that I’m just going through a midlife crisis. I’m just wanting to do things that I’ve been too self conscious to do and now I’m at the age I don’t care I just want to do what I want to do. Been raising my children for over 30 years since I was 17. So why the hell not do what the hell I want? I just need to be sure whoever does it understands and can execute what I’m looking for.

Ooohhh how I wish you you were located in Chicago *sigh*... I too LOVE the Shag cut and have been considering to go for the Pixie cut. However, this momma is a total round face and my stylist was super hesitant. Finding someone who can do a Pixie and do it well is so important and I have my eye out for anyone I see who is rockin' one. In the meantime I'll just hope that you come to Chicago for all your midwest fans out here!
