Hi Everyone! This must be the EASIEST recipe we’ve posted yet.
Minimal prep time and then all baking.
This is our original recipe. (We've never seen a dish like it on the internet or on a menu) We hope you enjoy! And if you end up cooking this, please mention our channel. Thanks!

Ingredients:
3lbs Pork Ribs
Garlic, 1 bulb
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Mirin
½ cup Sake (or water)
2 tbsp. Sugar
Onion, 1 medium-sized
Coconut Milk, 1 can
Instructions:
1. Wash ribs and pat dry
2. Add garlic, Soy Sauce, Sake, Mirin into the roasting pan with the ribs
3. Tilt the pan side to side to mix marinade
4. Add in onions and spread evenly around the pan
5. Flip ribs over to spread marinade evenly
6. Spread coconut cream (the thickest part in the can) on top of the rib
7. Eventually empty whole can, covering ribs
8. Stir the sauce around to make sure coconut milk is mixed evenly
9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (sorry there is preheating this time)
10. Bake for 1 hr and 30 minutes
11. Cut apart and plate.
Next, we may be making soup noodles with these ribs. Stay tuned. :)
