I left my ex in the middle of the green card process. After he got his conditional green card 3-5 months later after we got a kitten I wanted a baby and he said we were never having kids. I thought he was joking. We talked I night. I left him the next day. I will not give up being a mother for anyone. I was and am devastated I only wanted one marriage and I am so young still. Looking back on it we were young madly in love. We lived together at his parents. Got married 9 months later, 6 months later started the green card process. Our second anniversary passed on June 1. Court for divorce on 10/19 23. With is separating what happens next for him, I will always love him, but needed to do what was best for me. I deserved better.

I’m an American that married a Nigerian. He came on a spousal visa in February 2020, and on 2023 after 3 years got his citizenship. My ex claimed I didn’t file the I-130 while under oath and on court documents. I was completely duped and not a part of his scheme to defraud USCIS. So he meant to say, I didn’t fulfill my obligation to take care of him (after supporting him for 5 years prior to his arrival). So my understanding is that the affidavit of support is my responsibility of providing for him if he becomes a burden on the government (like financial assistance). What do you think? And also my ex makes 6 figures a year, drives 2 luxury vehicles and owns three trucking companies…and he’s lying just to keep his player lifestyle and women in line 😂

🎉😢Financial & legal abuse needs to be grounds for USCIS to order an immigrant to deport ASAP!! I found out in Febuary that my Filipina wife has a husband she was dead but through a PI I found out he is alive and there is no death certificate for him. Im in Oregon and she is in Florida now. I was granted a annulment in september and then she filed for a divorce in Florida and found out she is engaged now. Ive sent a fraud report to USCIS but cant find the link to send the documents proving all this. Is there a actual address that I can send a CD with the infor or paperwork via snailmail?

I have a US citizen friend in same-sex marriage - my friend wants to divorce, his partner's conditional is about to expire this October 2023 and he left the country Jan 23rd in his 5 mos straight stayed out of the country and now threatening my friend that everything he owns in TX he owns and asked him to still process his GC even though they're separated, can we show the divorce judge the messages that he wanted him to commit fraud to get GC?

How about if you get accused by the embassy of marriage fraud for no apparent reason just because they felt like it and made things up or they just have a hunch nothing to backup their claims!! It’s ridiculous and inhumane in some cases and causes extreme suffering and hardship for the husband and the wife!

My husband married me to receive green card which I didn't know until last month He applied for I-751 on May 30th, I don't know how to withdraw the form because it's a joint form. Thank you for your help.
