Creative Behaviors for Innovation — Be Open to New Ideas

You can be opening to innovation and trying new things by acting like an animal! The Independence Blue Cross innovation team teaches people about using animal behaviors to signify ways to be more innovative and creative. Three of these behaviors are greenhousing (protecting new ideas and giving them a chance to grow), signaling (communicating that you want to support new ideas and let them grow), and bravery (speaking up and sharing your ideas without fear of being judged).
