Bradon Krause seems like a amazing and gifted coach. Elie you are the exact opposite as an interviewer.

What's with all the hate comments?? If you don't like Ellie then just don't watch his vids! Personally I find them pretty educational especially this coach. He's got great technical knowledge. Kudos!!

I didn't stop anyone from taking pride in anything, just pointed out how irrational it is to be proud of things you had no say in whatsoever, i.e. where you were born, your race/ethnicity, etc. Some people get too carried away with this shit. "Happy to be Mexican/Filipino/etc" makes more sense. If you helped Pacquiao become the great fighter he is then it makes sense to take pride. I just think pride should be reserved for things you worked to accomplish, that's all I'm saying.

His uppercut is ferocious. Wish i had a bag like that so I can work on mine

You're mostly right but it depends on the bag. On a very heavy bag I hit hard for power development. You learn to hit hard by actually hitting hard. I'm more of a power puncher than a stylist so I find hitting it hard very useful for stamina as well.

On a lighter bag I cut the power and focus more on movement.

The best way to work on movement, I'm sure you'll agree is through sparring. Personally I find bags close to useless for movement with the exception of the double-end bag.

Agreed 100%.

It's a common problem for guys to get used to throwing a power shot and then sticking around to admire their work. Unfortunately they then do it also when fighting.

Good luck with your boxing bro!

or perhaps leaning left uppercut --> weak right straight --> weak left watever --> RIGHT STRONG

He's good at explaining the techniques, wouldn't like to be on the receiving end of his punches though.

Great info, love all the vids, but the interviewer Elie Seckbach is a bit annoying. Can't stand his voice and his vernacular. Also he always has to interrupt the trainer Brandon Krause with his dumb comments and questions. Please keep your annoying opinions and small talk to yourself!

He has a pretty powerful jab. You can also pivot on your lead leg as you jab. It's more like a power jab, though.
