It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Yes always switching up the style is great for future bookings. I’ll change the color of an accent wall or switch up canvas photos! It brings a new energy to the listing. Also always check your furniture as well as many guests might brake a sofa or scuff leather furniture.

Hey Sean, so much Value, Thank you. My why was to get my sanity back, working as a nurse, exposed to people who are suffering, too much for my sensitive soul. I think I have a little bit of skill in climbing in other people's shoes. Out of necessity had to move out of my primary property, downscale, converted the 2bed, 2bath to 3bed, 3 bath. My dude! I'm so so glad I stumbled on to you! You nailed everything and I can't express enough how I appreciate your vision and angle at the end of the video about hospitality. I feel I align with that entirely. I like to make fair, honest profit as much as anyone but simultaneously/genuinely desire a relationship with my customers and boost their I'm about to sell some beach property that was damaged by hurricane Milton and I plan to build a designer, mortgage free rental property in the Orlando area.
