The palm spin is one of the basic free run moves and it can be used in various freerunning routines.

This is what I call the "golden video". Out of 4 videos I have seen, this one actually helped me the most with learning how to do a palm spin! If I didn't learn that I need to push with my other arm, I wouldn't have been able to do it. Thank you Tapp brothers!

I think it would be better if you actually get a novice traceur to teach and record.
But its kool how you go through everything and have a review that goes through details that arent explained in the video.

Getting a new camera. It's similar to the EX-F1 I currently have, but it's slender, so I can carry it with me. Therefore, highspeed recording can happen at anytime. ( :

Is the technique any different for rail spins? I have palm spins and wall spins down, but the rails scare me haha.
