Infi-nut honestly has one of the most useful Plant Food abilities in the game. Its Plant Food shield can even take multiple hits from a Gargantuar and can stop flying zombies since they can't fly over the shield and zombies like Excavator, Wizard, Octo or Explorer Zombie have to eat it and can't use their abilities while they're eating it, and it also fully counters Fisherman Zombies.

tip for the magnifying grass: using the attack where you have to tap on the plant is alright in the early stage of a level, but the real strength of the plant comes from the plant food ability. by itself the ability is quite bad and barely does any damage, but it gains more damage for every sun producing plant you have, so a good strategy for the plant is to place a few of them down (if you have tile turnips) and spam the board with sunflowers or sun shrooms, (good for their low cost) and with that you can kill pretty much anything. (this also makes the tile turnip more viable because you have such a large amount of sun that you don't have to worry about the cost)

hey Matt! some tips for the next vid.
tile turnip doubles in sun price each placement, the 1st tile cost 0 but the 2nd goes to 250, next 500, 1000 so on. leveling turnip up makes the sun cost lower so its one of the best plants to level up.

sun shroom is the next plant your going to unlock, its better than sunflower, its cost less and gives 25 sun but it grows twice, it starts off giving 25 then gives 50 and ends off at 75 sun per sun. the 75 sun suns are called big suns. remember about big suns cuz there's another sun producer that gives those

the puff shroom that cost 0 sun in pvz 1 is the unlocked after the sun shroom, it got slightly nerfed in this game now cuz it dies after some time. but the plant food is kinda good, you will see why. also you don't need coffee bean to use night plants in day time (mostly because coffee bean isn't in pvz2)

infinuts plant food is one of the best plant foods in the game. use it in the second to last map. I recommend playing one level without it and another with it in that world so you see the difference in difficulty. it makes a HUGE difference

magnifying grass's plant food last longer the more sun flowers you have. so make sure you have alot.

put your sunflowers in the 2nd or 3rd lanes so if the zombies get close to your plants they eat the sunflowers first while the attacking plants are still attacking. this isn't that important for now but once you get to neon mixtape tour this is when you should start doing this

never stop putting down sunflowers. unless its twin sunflower every sun producer repays itself very fast so putting down more gives you alot of sun. I usually get 4 lanes but according to a YouTuber by the name of creeps20 made a video on sun production and he said to keep putting down more. its not that important since you have gold bloom but still its a good tip.

Hello Matt, I wanted to give you a tip about plants vs zombies, there are plants called power mints, these plants boost plants stats when planted. Each type of plant has its own power mint. For the electricity based plants there is the fila-mint, for the fire based plants there is the pepper-mint for the plants that launch things, there is the armamint, for sun producers, there is the enlightenmint, which is really good if you need sun very quickly. These plants will be very helpful if you dont have enough seed packets to level up a plant

I’m excited for Dark Ages, no more falling sun and fun plants like Puff Shroom are back! But zombies are also really hard to compliment that…
Jesters can deflect forward shots, Wizards can make plants useless until the zombie is killed, Kings make any basic have WAY more hp, but Meteor Flower could probably still carry, but maybe not against another small threat, have fun and I’m glad you are playing this

Magnifying grass is one of the best plants in the game if you just spam sun producers. Also the plant food effect gets stronger for every sun producer on the field

Tip. For Matt you can use blover and chard guard if you time it right when the chard guard pushes away a zombie but when his head is down wait like 1second and use the blover and you can kill the zombie and you can kill any zombie Even kill a gargantuar but it’s a bit hard because the gargantuar will smash it but if the chard guard pushes him away before the gargantuar smashes the chard guard
