I love the FU-2 pedal. It sounds massive and the tone is total Stoner Doom/ Doom. Run it into a clean amp, done. It needs no extra dirt, the FU-2 is that powerful. I have to mention that the entire albums of Dopethrone and Witchcult Today are my favorites from Electric Wizard. Monolord's guitar tone is epic. My favorites from them are the whole albums of Empress Rising, Vaenir, and Rust. I do like their whole catalog.

I bought one of the super green FU-2 pedals a few years back. It's been my favorite evil fuzz tone ever since. Just wicked.

I will admit, I was never into fuzz that was this heavy before, but I have been getting into it a lot more recently; I'm pretty new to the doom/stoner metal scene, but I picked up an EQD Hizumitas and got hooked on the tone. I also discovered Khemmis, and then started going back further to bands like Sleep, YOB, and some Electric Wizard, but looks like I will add Monolord to the list now. I will definitely be grabbing an FU-2 as soon as possible; this video gave me some great ideas! Thanks for the video, awesome job!

Jus used an old sound city for years, but uses hcm 800s now as they are much more reliable. He has used the boost mode into a dimed amp for the last 15 years or so. Liz used to run the AOR with everything up. She did do a tour using my 78 jmp 2203 and a big muff when her aor died. Before the fz2 Jus and Adam used the arion metal master

I have three original FZ-2s and I love them, both on bass and guitar!🤘🏻💪🏻👊🏻 I also have few derivatives based on the original circuit, annnnd I love those too!😅👍🏻

I don't have FU-2 though, yet...🤔😔

Would love to see where you set your AOR and FU-2 dials for the E Wiz tone. I have an AOR100 and the white FU-2, one of my absolute favorite pedals. Favorite Wizard song, "Funeralopolis".

I'm a fan of high gain and extreme fuzz stuff, but this isn't music anymore. This is just generic white noise. Who listens to stuff like that?
