What rpm should I be doing tillage at in a ivt machine. We have been using the auto mode so minimum rpm is that wrong?

Hope you can answer this. I have a 7210R e23. Always in Auto and I think eco. But tractor does not see hills do lugs to almost stall before shifting. Can I set a higher low end rpm for heavy work. Miss my old 15 spd PS of my 4560.
