I am unable to see the new issue type i made in the project, plz explain why thats happening - also we used a template in JIRA

What is really confusing for me is that all the different Issue Types seem to have the same Workflow and Field configurations. Isn't there a way to configure a different field / workflow configuration for Bugs and an other for Tasks for example?
