Do not call the place every day, all that does is annoy the hiring manager and they'll black ball you. Call once or twice in the span of several weeks. Do not call daily.

"Call every day" don't do this, call every 4 or 5 days. We have had people call every day and not get hired because of that. Remember, you want to impress them, not annoy them!

i worked at a subway for 3 years during my college career, how i got hired? "Hey sir are you looking to hire anybody?" The manager said yes and then I gave him my CV next day. It was a great 3 years.

I didn't even walk in the store let alone speak to a manager when I got my job. A friend said they were looking and told me to come in. Within 20 minutes I had a full schedule and uniform. Within 45 minutes I was making a sandwich for a customer. Within an hour I was on my way home, fully "trained, " ready to start the next day. Any knowledge gained from there was from getting thrown to the wolves.

The reason he is saying these things is because he and his family are subway owners, affiliates, and representatives of the company as a whole. Take that with a grain of salt.
It's really not that difficult. 😂

As a person who worked in restaurants, you don't need to do all this lmao. Just make a resume and apply, after the interview they will call you, calling them multiple times would prevent them from hiring you.

"You start out making minimum wage but its really easy to get promotions and raises."
Translation: You will make minimum wage and will get a 10 cent raise once or twice a year. If youre really lucky theyll promote you to a position with with twice as much work and responsibility and give you a 1-2 dollar raise.

I’m 15 and i have a job at subway, i love it because your mainly behind a counter so nothing can rlly happen (my cousin was grouped when she worked at walmart and hearing about that scared me so subway has a safe environment to work in) plus it smells amazing
