I didn't know this until today on a mock. I missed the exit on the roundabout so had to go all the way round the round about a d go again but it wasn't a nice simple roundabout it was a 4 lane into more at times, light controlled roundabout.

Friend of mine did that 3 minutes before the end of test. Wrong turn and it added an extra 15 minutes to the test. Failed his test.

Is it common in the UK to keep the clutch engaged while standing still? I’ve noticed it in basically all of these videos. It’s just strange for me, because my instructor always told me to release the clucth as soon as I stopped, since standing on it all the time shortens its lifespan. (I’m from hungary btw)

loool, still going first exit is tough on some large roundabouts and isn't any less complicated than going ahead. sure it would be easier than going right tho
