How does this study define "fast food"? Is Subway fast food? Chipotle? Barbecue restaurants? Each of those you can be in and out in 5 minutes, but they are similar to what many people might fix at home. And while you can make any of those unhealthy, do they really compare to McDonald's or KFC? Would be nice to know what the definition is that they're using.
