There are usually two methods for uploading programs, through IP/Ethernet, or via USB.

This friend was trying to use the first way. So he just turned OFF the DIP SW1, 2, 3, 4 and restarted the HMI, after that the HMI should be into Normal mode and the setting Bar will be found on the right corner, enter the password ( initial password is get the IP address and match it with computer IP, then we can upload the program.
