What in the world is Ouarzazate?

The city of Ouarzazate in Morocco will host what will become one of the largest solar power plants in the world. It is the first step in Morocco's Solar Power Plan that aims at installing 2000 MW of solar power generation capacity by 2020.

cop 22 this one of there bigest proects but still i am sceptical about this and when i read the comments down below (ouwarzazate is the place where a lot of films are made+) bla bla boulshit listen people its good that you guys brought this uP !!! I am from ouarzazate but i grown up and lived my hole life in Europe, And what i noticed over the years and years the locals over there for example famlley members of our tribe ait tmazirt (ishalhiin ) have never never really never GOT BETTER OF ALL THAT HOLLYWOOD CIRCUS !!! AND i am afraid the same shit is going to happen with this project people from rabat and fes or from other elite groupe of famelleies get the best jobs and contracts and the berbers will get fucked again if they domnt play this right, excuse my language but is these kinds of uthupia bla bla stories i never bey direcltey so thats why i am scaptical and i realley realley hop i am wrong, peace out by the way i am not being politacal about this it ha snot to do with the berber flag or some other boulshit amazig drama i just poining out the hard reallety
