Awesome Video Abbey! I have a healthcare background and would like to specialize my business in that niche. However I'm unsure if I should maybe focus on general admin services first. Since this is all new to me. I am mostly concerned about hipaa compliance and encryption with healthcare.

I really want you to know that when I looked up how to be a VA I was excited. I clicked on this video first and I sat through the first half hopeful-- but I had to stop. I'm almost completely turned off. Maybe not start right out selling an experience and a backstory and answer the question first and allow people to become naturally interested.
