I had an interview for the post of an executive assistant I was told to do a task which involves me as an executive assistant hire 6 new agent for the company & that they would will be looking for job post job board, my filtering process & shld put my plan on a ppt …. What do you think is required

Also note that I have been rejected for this work but I’m curious on what I did wrong

what I did was I put my plans on PowerPoint presentation which basically includes I stated (creating content by advertising on job boards platforms, two make leads on the feedback, do my filtering process by using Applications tracking system, then I go ahead with an initial screeching and then I go ahead and conduct the interviews then do the paperwork works and I created an onboarding schedule of a month.)
So what do you think I did wrong
