Which Bar Is Best For Bicep Curls??

Cambered bar curls are similar to straight bar bicep curls. The difference being the grip, this type of bar changes the angle of the wrists. The slight change in grip position with the cambered bar reduces the amount of stress that is applied to the wrists. Whereas the straight bar places quite a bit more strain on the wrists, forearms and shoulders.
