Traveling to Iceland in February with my grownup daughter to, hopefully, fulfill one of my bucket list actions: seeing the Northern Lights. Thanks for all the tips.

Winter is coming! I love the fall, but I never look forward to the winter. I'd still think everyone would love to visit our beautiful country during fall and winter :)

Thank you for this video. We're planning to go to Iceland this mid October. We wanted to see the northern lights. I appreciate the advise about rain gear. We'll get some rain gear before we go. I didn't know about the Imagine Peace light. That will be nice to see during our visit. We live in Colorado and wind/snow is common in October. So we're used to that.

This was so helpful! We are headed to Iceland. Is there an outdoor shop as you leave airport on the way to Vic that you recommend?

How badly does a full moon affect the auroras ? In October ! We are going during the full moon, but most places say that auroras get washed out by the light from a full moon.

Coming mid to end of October. Super nervous about the cold and wind even with having snow pants and waterproof clothes. Doing all day tour to the glacier lagoon. Can I expect rapid weather change along the way? What’s it like by the volcano?

I'm on my way. I'm curious are the puffins already gone or is there a place we might see them.

I've been to Iceland in September/October 2019 and remember that it said that the busses like the 57 are closed during these months. So does anyone know, if the busses are now also available during these month? Since I'm going again this year at that time and it would be really convenient for me to use the bus😊
