Gretsch Broadkaster Series: The Timeless Classic’s Return

Gretsch reintroduces Broadkaster’s timeless sound with our new line of kits. Director of Product John Palmer and Product Manager Joe Mazza discuss the historic place that Broadkaster has in drumming’s rich lineage.

From the 1930s to the 1950s, it was the standard bearer with drum heroes like Art Blakey, Max Roach, Louie Bellson, Papa Jo Jones who all came up playing Broadkaster. The new series ties Gretsch’s great historic lineage to today’s contemporary music applications.
