In this tutorial I'll show you how to run html in vscode. To run HTML in visual studio code you have several options, using liveserver extension (live server for running html) which will run your HTML from localhost like a real web development server, or opening an HTML file directly in browser (not recommended). HTML Live Server not working? This tutorial is for you!

This helped tremendously! Been watching the coding train for so long now and I wanted to code like he does but couldn't figure out how he codes in vscode and then runs it in his browser, this fixed all of that, thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to explain. As a beginner, I appreciate not having to rewind and pause every step.

Thank you for the great tutorial Semicolon D D, this is exactly what I needed - in such great detail, most just skip something so important. 🛠

Immensely benefitted from the excellent quality and ease of presentation of linkage between the HTML and the VS Code. ss

Thank You so Much for your video. I'm a total newbie and my Chrome doesn't work. After 6 hours of looking for the solution, you were the only one, who gave the right answer to see my coding in Opera.
Once again, I'm really thankful.

Like your approach. Are getting a runtime error, saying the feature depreciated though. Does Chrome, have to be in developer mode. I see also there are commands for Chrome now in Vs Code (I still prefer Visual Studio over VS code for this very reason, but a newbie, so a lot to understand about the tool yet.)

It takes up too much space on the screen, I would like to work on a larger browser, how can I jump from visual studio code to the external browser with shortcut?
