good tutorial. you could have sketched circles directly from the exterior reference planes, not from the center top plane, for faster extrude boss - cut.

Is there any reference for the Dimensions used for this Geometry Model? I mean, the selections for choosing the sizes of diameters and length of each pipe?

Hi, thanks for a good video, however there are one thing that i am curious about: Are the values accurate as you are using Adiabatic wall?

- Ref definition: "Adiabatic wall. This is a heat-insulated wall. By default all walls are skin friction surfaces. If you want the wall to be adiabatic and frictionless, you must create a boundary condition type of Ideal Wall on the appropriate faces".

For me it looks like no heat transfer occurs over Adiabatic walls.


I am new to this so I am just trying to learn what parameters i need to set for my own simulation.

Nice tutorial! I just had a problem, I use solid 2023 and i didn't get the seme results that you found. The section plane is completly diferent and the outlet temperatures were around 45°C for water and around 25°C for the ethanol. I also done this step by step in solid 2019 and the results were the same as yours!

Did anyone with the same problem?

Can you please explain why have you added 0 and 1 for water and ethanol in concentration. Isn't it should be 1 on both water and ethanol.
