I get up really early to do breakfast radio here on the Sunshine Coast.

I need food otherwise I get grumpy and tired. I need as much nutrients and calories as possible so I make a smoothie and jam pack it!!!

Vitamins from bananas, protein from eggs and Greek yogurt.

Honey to sweeten her up and some milk!

I can’t have any gluten so no oats for me!!!

How do you Jam Pack your morning? I am always looking for life hacks to get the best out of my days.
