I AM GENIUS. This Rocket & Groot deck is BUSTED!!

Marvel Snap's newest card is Rocket Raccoon & Groot, and they're absurdly perfect for a deck that's all in on the Guardians of the Galaxy. It'll make you feel like a genius (or a moron), and might just win a lot of games too!

Power Estimate: I had a monster 13-5 run with this deck, which far exceeded my expectations for a "theme" deck. It had a great mix of raw power output and manipulation that seemed able to beat many different meta decks. I'm very curious to see if a committed archetype like this looks viable as more data comes in, and very curious to see if Rocket Racoon & Groot is good enough to be a meta staple.

I feel like with Jean Grey, you gotta include Goose. Goose > Jean Gray hoses all your opponents 4+ drops, if you're running very few such drops, or have moving cards to fill up your Jean Grey (Kitty, Jeff, Nocturne, now R&Groot), which also works well with Elsa. Goose>Jean Grey was my go to combo for the Doom meta, especially given their 1card/turn shtick which it singlehandedly beat. Big fan of it, honestly.

This was a really fun deck to watch you navigate. Tons of decisions every turn and lots of opportunities to frustrate your opponent (or get frustrated ;-)). Pretty decent power and flexibility. Good stuff.

This is a cool deck. I have been measing around with Jean + RG + Madame Web and its super fun, although difficult to get priority early as I dont have Bob.

It's ace moving Jean Grey because the opponent still has to play into the lane that she started on even on the turn you move her.

I want to try JG+RG with Doom 2099 as that lets you put Doom Bots in other lanes whilst you're playing on Jean.

I went up agaisnt this deck using Silver Surfer with the new Groot Racoon card in Conquest last night. We went back and forth several times, and they finally beat me in game 6 with Alioth, which i never saw in our prior games, caught me by surprise.

This is my initial deck utilizing JG & R&G & my game plan utilizing cards that require my opponent to play at certain locations. Test it out & let me know what you think:
Kitty Pryde, Nebula, Rocket Raccoon, White Widow, Lizard, Groot, Rocket & Groot, Jean Grey, Spider-Man, War Machine, Sandman, Gamora.

Turn 1: Nebula>KP
Turn 2: WW>Lizard
Turn 3: R&G>JG>SM(over Juggernaut because SM could possibly move Widows Bite somewhere else)
Turn 4: WM>JG+Kitty>R&G+KP>SM+KP
Turn 5:
Turn 6: With Sandman on 5; Gamora (for height), Groot+RR>Lizard>WW>KP (for width). Without Sandman; Gamora+RR>KP (for 2 (for 2 to 3 locations)
