Hi Zanet,

Lately i have had some issues with profiles being locked by Google for no reason. One time also a customer had her private number on Google, and when we tried to change it Google did not accept the new number.

What is great, i found out that if you have a cind of issue thats hard to fix, is that you chat or call with Google if you pick the right option in the I need help section.

Google responds really quickly and all my issues have been resolved. Mabye you want to inform your subscribers to this👍🏻

Do you know if the categories will be revised? I provide a mobile dent removal service however the only catergory that's applicable (auto dent removal service) can only be selected if you have a shopfront which is obviously a problem given that ai provide a mobile service.

Hi @Zane, Can you guide me as to how google verifies phone nos that is incorporated in the "info" section? I manage a client and advised him to get dedicated phone nos for their business. After they did that, I updated the "info" section with the nos. After 4 days however, google says that the nos are not valid. There is no reason for google to say this. I also checked with the client - he hasn't recd any call from google. How does one escalate this to Google? How does one call the google team and speak to them?
