Methylene blue is safe to apply directly to their skin as long as they don’t have any open wounds, and can be dissolved in regular tap water if that’s all you have.

If your chicken has an open wound, isolate the bird and wait for the wound to stop bleeding and then apply methylene blue. It’s safe for the chickens to eat a small amount of this blue, but you don’t want it getting inside of a wound, only in the surface.

They are so cute I wanna hug them 😭 my chickens died because of coldness winter I couldn't raise them my father said u could get sick and if I give them a shower they could die immediately becuase it was winter that time .and they become dirty monsters that I couldn't even touch them but I did feed them. When they were kids all they did is just follow meh in the house like I was the mother chicken ❤ they screamed and cried when ever I was not with them. Btw your content is such great and I love the chickens too they are super cute! 😊

Oh wow that’s super interesting how they peck. We sorta have two roosters in the same place, I know not the best idea lol 😂 but we got no where else to put ‘em and I refuse to let go of one because I love them both, so there they are, and the second rooster is big boys baby, he’s grown up now, but😢 Dang he gets brutalised. It’s definitely gotten better thankfully, mainly just the occasional rooster behaviour, they’ve gotten used to eachother and he’s integrated into the flock a lot more now, he used to be more like our human baby kinda chicken lol 😂 so it took him time to start acting like a chicken amongst the others lol 😂 but he always had peck marks on his comb poor bubba. Makes sense how they peck now. Really interesting, love learning new things about chickens everyday! 💙
