If you read his book “Manga and Theory in Practice”. He goes into detail about many great topics. One that I remember being fascinated with was his experience with his early work, and feeling that he was too much of an amateur. I don’t remember the specific phrasing but he was talking about how he didn’t know how to fill in the Betas and how poor his draftsmanship was. I believe this is partially what pushed him to focus so strongly on all the fundamentals, comic set up and anatomy, and his meticulous professionalism.

Araki is such a big inspiration of mine when it comes to art, in my eyes no one has ever come close to his originality and beauty, and just because of this his manga feels as if it's higher quality than others, I can't begin to explain how obsessed I am with his style, everything is literally perfect to me, especially in part 8, I absolutely love most of the stand designs and I love everything from the gorgeous faces to the way he draws hands

I think the most drastic style change was definitely part 4 as that’s where the “twink-ification” of JoJo begins. It still had the part 3 art style in the beginning and Josuke was all big and muscular like Jotaro, and Koichi actually had a normal height. If you look at early and end Josuke it practically looks like two different artists drew him
