My Cookbook Reveal + Cooking A Recipe!

Sooooo EXCITED to share with you the first ever look inside a copy of my new cookbook "Healthy Living James" coming 3rd March!

I got the first ever printed copy through the post 15 minutes after hearing my grandad passed away. Absolutely gutted that he's missed this moment but I know he's super proud of what this book represents and how it's going to help others!

80 delicious recipes, each one gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and mainly plant-based (but with easy options to add in meat or fish), James aims to teach you how easy it is to cook this food, using affordable supermarket ingredients and a couple of pots and pans, even if you have limited time, energy or skill.
