She was high as a lab rat, that's how she was so calm.

I appreciate what you are saying. We no longer live in a world where the news can be controlled. EVERYONE has that power now to tell their own story and get their message out . Ultimately that is a good thing. It's up to us to figure out what the truth is

Cold-hearted comes to mind. Among other C words...
And being in a similar situation many times over accounts for the lack of reaction as well...

Was it the caliber and make of gun?  She was probably composed because she knew they robbed the place.

How was she so calm and collected? That was my issue with that video. I would be totally freaking out. I love my wife more than words could describe and there is no way I could so nonchalantly report her dying in front of me so casually. It was really weird. Either that woman is one tough cookie who has seen it all, or it's an act. I'm just not sure on this, especially with ALL the other fake stuff going on.

James O'Keefe I'm not sure where I stand on this because her video showed nothing of what happened... All I saw was a girl who looked more concerned about herself then her boyfriend otherwise why would she stream 99% of her face in the video. Who does that, if you were truly brave and were concerned about your boyfriend wouldn't you hit record the moment you got pulled over. I don't know I'm just as confused as the next person...

Youre back tracking James because you spoke to soon about this situation.

As far as your disassociative theory, I was arrested about 20 years ago for possession of marijuana. The police called me every name in the book in the interrogation room. They tried the bad cop good cop routine. They threaten me with years of jail time. They tried everything to get me to talk to them. I kept my mouth shut and told them repeatedly I wanted to talk with an attorney. I was 18 years old at the time. What we are seeing among black Americans is a lack of understanding of the Constitution, particularly the 4th, 5th, and 6th Am. rights and how to use them in encounters with police.

There is a lot of crime in urban areas and police have a job to enforce the law against those criminals. If more Americans had a better understanding of those Constitutional protections, it would go a long way towards (1) understanding the need for the criminal element being brought to justice and (2) avoiding police brutality situations.

Her daughter was not in the back seat that we know of. The girl's voice doesn't come on the Facebook video until after Lavish is out of the car. Again, you are jumping ahead with speculation.

yknow, while i appreciate what you do and the lack of integrity you expose, , , i really am addicted to watching these assholes actually brag, on tape, about the illegal acts they perform and then consider justified.
BUT.. i find that i do disagree with you on this one...
i have 'been there' also, MANY TIMES...I know the difference between 'acting', and, reacting', and the difference between being heroic or being a sociopath.
this chics indifference to the situation, that there was no concern expressed, with a gun present, none for her child or her boyfriend, .. but an attitude of contempt and, well, almost daring.
NO.. something is amiss. something is wrong with this scenario, and her disjointed approach.
i think that to commend her for her actions and the results from her actions as diligent, or proper was a negative presumption on your part.
i dont have any legal background. only military training and such, but my bullshit detector is off the charts on this one. this woman is too emotionally tied to this event to be considered a 'non-biased journalist' in any form or context of the word and what it represents.
