First period after giving birth

I’m breast feeding and my baby will be 4 months this month and my period came back today. So it doesn’t matter whether ur breastfeeding or not. When your period feels like it wanna come back it will.

I started giving my baby solids at 4.5 months and has increased in the amount of solids she gets. She gets one bottle twice a week, down from 6-7 bottles over 5 days. She is now 8 months and I haven’t gotten my period back. I’m taking ovulation tests but don’t think I’ve ovulated. I’m feeling pre-period symptoms for weeks now with pressure and sometimes hardness in my pelvic area, minor back pain, moodiness, a light spot of blood twice while wiping myself… is it normal to feel like I’m 2 days away from my period for 2 months?
