After rest mode and power outage, my PS5 does the system check then PS logo then black screen/rest mode. All of the safe mode options failed until I had to do the Factory Reset #6. Now it's all good. Thanks!

Didn’t work for me, did the usb reinstall this morning and didn’t fix it. My ps5 is out of factory warranty but sending it back to Sony to exchange for $400 AusD

I’m getting close throwing this POS PlayStation…. I got stuck the very moment I turned it on… I tried everything and every time I restart that fucker will need to be turn on manually, it’s shutting down instead of restarting

This is the equivalent of the PS2 red screen of death- the absolute worst thing to see when powering up a PS5. I lost 1300 hours of gaming due to this. Absolutely ridiculous! Hell my Xbox 360 never did this! PS5 is a better console for the most part!!
