Brooke thank you for posting this and explaining how to do a leg press! A lot of people I see at the gym load it up with so many plates, and they are doing errrk reps lol 😂 So Full ROM is so beneficial and taxes the muscle and helps with joint mobility! Can you show next time the vertical machine that you like to do for hamstrings and glutes, please!🙏🏽 I know I have done stiff legged hamstring off a smith machine. With the bar at mid thigh and bending over the bar with DB, s. I learned that from Dr Mike and Jared feather, off the RP method. Thank you for doing this again your so awesome!❤💪🏼🥇

Can you pls do reverse v squat and the different stances? That exercise is one of my enemies lol can never get it to feel good
